Year-to-date sales in Gainey Ranch are on a tear. Through 15 October there have been 66 sales in the overall Gainey Ranch community. With Scottsdale poised for the beginning of the next snowbird season, this could very well become the best sales year for Gainey since 2007. This year has truly seen the perfect storm in our local real estate market with low prices and incredibly favorable interest rates combining to produce a high number of transactions.
